Where tradition ends, the world of the unconventional begins. For us, tradition is found in the pretzel recipe and the baking. Unchanged for over 60 years. Incidentally, all pretzels are handmade. No two pieces are ever the same shape (except by chance). That's the reason why the number of servings per bag "varies".

The "Pretzel Contingent" is a rather unconventional lot! We work as long as we wish each day and when we finish, we go out to play. Hike. Explore. Wilderness does wonders for the human spirit! One of our goals is to give you the best food around. Another goal is to bring you into contact with "acts of environmental destruction" and programs devoted to "eliminating violence". At Sibila Pretzel, our obligation is to preserving the ecosystems, not Wall Street; to protect plant, animal and human life, not investors. This is at the heart of the Unorthodox Principle.
